    • All packages include a free, first-time 30 min assessment to analyze mobility, strength, joints, and personal goals

    • One 45 min individual nutrition consultation for new or returning clients

    • Includes an individualized one-time macro calculation, meal plan, and tips to help you accomplish your wellness goals

  • • $300/mo

    • 12 weeks of personal wellness coaching

    • Includes individualized macro calculations, a meal plan, a progressive workout plan, and wellness habits according to your goals

    • All is included in an app where you can easily access your daily habits, workouts, macros, and your coach

    • Bi-weekly check-ins and 24hr access to your coach for maximum accountability and support

  • • $250/mo

    • 1 year of personal wellness coaching

    • Includes individualized macro calculations, a meal plan, a progressive workout plan, and wellness habits according to your goals

    • All is included in an app where you can easily access your daily habits, workouts, macros, and your coach

    • Bi-weekly check-ins and 24hr access to your coach for maximum accountability and support
